TruthofGujarat lies, about 2002 riots- calls them a 'genocide'!

Actually what else can one expect from lawyers of terrorists’ families? It is not that families of suspected or actual terrorists do not have a right to appoint lawyers. But to see eminent people wholly defending terrorists despite knowing fully well that they were terrorists indeed, and trying to frame innocent people, waging war on the nation’s Intelligence officials is disgusting. Mukul Sinha is the lawyer of Sheikh Javed.

Right since 2002- Mukul Sinha has always called the 2002 riots as ‘genocide’. Here in June 2002 he says: “Please don’t say this was a riot. It was a genocide, pure and simple”.

Sadly for Mukul Sinha, it was exactly the opposite. Please don’t say this was genocide. It was a riot, pure and simple. By lying Mukul Sinha has violated 153-A (needless infuriating a community) and 499-500 of IPC (defamation). But the terrorists’ lawyer will always whitewash Muslim acts of murder. If he could go to the extent of denying the basic fact that a mob of fanatic Muslims, barbaric killers, roasted to death 59 innocents, including 25 women and 15 children in Godhra, then he will certainly lie and hide the fact that even after Godhra, Muslims were equally on the offensive and attacked and killed hundreds of Godhra and made 40,000 Hindus homeless and move to refugee camps in Gujarat.

The story of Muslims attacking and killing Hindus in Gujarat under Narendra Modi’s rule even after Godhra can be clearly understood by reading this.

The Hindu reported on 2nd  March, 2002:
“But unlike Thursday (i.e. 28th  February) when one community was entirely at the receiving end, the minority backlash (on 1st   March) caused further worsening of the situation.
Police presence had little impact on the two communities pelting stones at each other in Bapunagar, Gomtipur, Dariapur, Shahpur, Naroda (Muslim concentrated areas) and other areas from where incidents of firing had been reported. But there were no reports of casualty.  Pitched battle was continuing between the two communities late in the evening.
The official sources said timely arrival of the police foiled a retaliatory attempt to break into a prominent temple in Jamalpur locality in the walled city.”

The Indian Express reported on 2nd  March, 2002: “(On 1st  March) Tension escalated in the walled city areas just before the Friday prayers. There were violent clashes between mobs in Jamalpur, Bapunagar and Rakhial.” Clearly, Muslims were on the offensive.
And The Times of India also reported the same day: “There were signs of retaliation in areas like Juhapura, Kalupur, Dariapur and Shahpur….”  This clears all possible doubts.

India Today in its issue dated 15th  April, 2002 reported:
“On 13th   March, the Supreme Court’s ruling banning any religious activity in Ayodhya proved a psychological setback to the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and its affiliates. It was also the day when some people in the walled city of Ahmedabad burst crackers in celebration and unfurled banners saying: ‘You darkened our skies. We will spill your blood on the streets.’
…the next few days saw mayhem. In Ahmedabad, violence broke out on 17th March when Dalits in the Danilimda area were attacked by Muslims. On 19th   March, it was Modasa, a town in Sabarkantha district.  A police officer’s son was stabbed and two communities went berserk. A local LIC building was attacked during office hours.
The stories only got more macabre. In Himmatnagar, a young man, who went to a Muslim-dominated area to do business, was found dead, with his eyes gauged out. In Bharuch, the murder of a Muslim youth led to mass violence. Next, the Sindhi market and Bhanderi Pole areas of Ahmedabad, hitherto calm, were attacked by mobs.
This phase, really, was one of Muslim mobs attacking Hindus.
…take Umreth, a little town in the Anand district that had practically never witnessed communal violence. This year it did and when a local BJP leader, Vishnu Patel tried to pacify a Hindu crowd, it turned on him.
…other than inefficiency, the authorities face some genuine problems in trying to arrest the culprits.  Combing operations in Muslim-dominated areas have been rendered difficult. In Juhapura, just outside Ahmedabad, residents (i.e. Muslims) cut the power lines and gathered mobs of human obstacles when the Army arrived to conduct search operations at night. This experience was by no means unique, it was repeated in areas like Kalupur and Gomtipur (all Muslim areas). Locals explained it as ‘spontaneous’, police officials said it only provided cover for criminals to remove arms and immunition.” (Source:  http://www.indiatoday.com/itoday/20020415/states.shtml).

The Times of India reported dated 18th March, 2002 in an article titled: “Riots Hit all Classes, People of All Faith” – “Contrary to popular belief that only Muslims have been affected during recent riots more than 10,000 persons belonging to Hindu community have also become homeless.”

Some Muslims even attacked Hindu doctors- as reported by The Times of India.

Muslims also burnt 50 Hindu shops in Ahmedabad in March 2002 reducing Hindus’ life-savings to ashes. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow/4609603.cms

None other than Marxist leader Brinda Karat also admitted that Hindus and particularly Dalits were also homeless.

Ofcourse there is direct evidence of Muslims being on the offensive as till now 80 Muslims have been convicted for attacking and killing Hindus in Gujarat AFTER GODHRA.

Despite this truckload of irrefutable evidence of attacks and sufferings of Hindus, Mukul Sinha says that “Please don’t call it a riot”. Are the lives of the hundreds of Hindus also killed even after Godhra not worthy of anything? As on 5 March 2002, out of the 98 relief/ refugee camps opened 85 were for Muslims and 13 were for the Hindus. As of 25 April 2002, out of the 1 lakh 40 thousand people in relief camps, 1 lakh were Muslims and 40,000 were Hindus. What else to expect from terrorists’ lawyers- whitewashing Muslims’ attacks on Hindus and sufferings of Hindus and calling it a ‘genocide’.

And claiming that it is the “TruthofGujarat”! Fabricating outrageous, inflammatory and defamatory lies and calling it “TruthofGujarat”. This is blatant violation of 153-A and 499-500 by Mukul and Pratik Sinha and their lie-manufacturing factory. Unable to refute anything on merit, they resort of disgusting lies of saying that www.gujaratriots.com ‘justifies’ riots!
